I can not see the offer visible in my store-page?

If the offers do not show up in your pages, it probably because the App could not insert the code into your store due to some unusual cases. In this case we will guide you to insert the code yourself in this tutorial

Can i save the design of my offer as default?

Yes! You can save your default template.

Is there a free trial available to test out Native Recommender?

Why there is no free plan?

Can i extend my trial time?

Yes! If you see a "1000 - offer views" free trial is too short for you, just feel free to have a chat with us. We will work around with that.

What if I am unhappy with the application?
Native Recommender comes with a "1000 - offer views" free trial. If you're not delighted with the app, simply delete it from your store before the trial ends and you won't be charged.

Order flow

If the customer doesn’t want the post-purchase upsell (closes their browser window after the initial checkout), can I lose my initial sale?

No. The post-purchase offer is made only after the customer has already completed their initial purchase, so you can never lose your initial sale!

Will the customer be required to go back through Checkout and re-enter their information again to buy the post-purchase upsell offer(s)?

Unfortunately, yes. Currently the customers will have to re-enter their information again to buy the post-purchase offer. We are working with BigCommerce now and soon to deliver the best On click upsell experience for the customers.

What is a Trigger Product?

A "Trigger Product" is a term we use to identify the store product(s) that cause a particular Upsell Offer to be displayed.
